This depth of experience ensures Titan Lithium is well-positioned to deliver on its mission of building the world’s greenest lithium refinery and supporting the global energy transition with sustainable, high-quality products.
The project is backed by the largest lithium refinery in China, recognized by Ford and POSCO, underscoring its scale, reliability, and alignment with the global EV supply chain. The EPC contract was finalized by Clifford Chance’s Project Finance Team (UAE) following a competitive bidding process, reflecting global expertise in project finance, lithium mining, and EV battery domains. Structured as a fixed-price, turnkey agreement, the EPC ensures cost and scope certainty, supported by a proven track record that includes delivery of projects with a combined production capacity exceeding 300 KTPA worldwide. Upon completion of the EPC phase, plant operations will proceed under a fixed-price O&M contract, designed to guarantee consistent production quality and performance. During this initial period, responsibilities will progressively transition to Titan Lithium through a carefully structured framework, ensuring a seamless transfer of expertise and operations.
