Titan Lithium is the flagship Lithium Refinery under construction in the UAE. It aims to drive sustainability forward by supplying Battery grade Lithium Carbonate and Lithium Hydroxide to Battery makers and EV OEMs around the world.

Titan Lithium is the flagship Lithium Refinery of the RK Group, currently under development in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Set to become a cornerstone in the global Lithium supply chain, this state-of-the-art USD 1.35 Billion facility is strategically located to revolutionize the production of battery-grade Lithium Carbonate and Lithium Hydroxide. Our mission is to meet the soaring demand from Battery Manufacturers and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) worldwide, ensuring a reliable and high-quality supply of essential materials for the burgeoning electric vehicle (EV) and renewable energy markets. Our clients will have access to 45,000 tons of Lithium Carbonate Equivalents (LCE), manufactured in our world-class refinery spanning over 3 million square feet in KEZAD Industrial Zone, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Titan Lithium operates from two strategic locations in the UAE. Our cutting-edge Lithium Refinery is situated in the KEZAD Industrial Zone, Abu Dhabi, where we produce battery-grade Lithium Carbonate and Lithium Hydroxide. This facility is the heart of our operations, ensuring a reliable supply to meet global demands. Complementing this, our corporate headquarters in Dubai oversees our strategic initiatives and global partnerships, positioning us at the forefront of the Lithium supply chain.

Battery-grade lithium carbonate is a highly purified form of Li₂CO₃ used in the manufacture of lithium-ion batteries, particularly in the production of cathode materials like lithium cobalt oxide (LCO) and lithium iron phosphate (LFP). The purification process reduces impurities such as sodium, calcium, and iron to below critical levels (often less than 15 ppm), ensuring that the material meets stringent quality standards required for battery performance. High purity is essential to prevent degradation of the cathode, which could lead to diminished battery capacity, reduced cycle life, and safety risks. The increasing global demand for electric vehicles (EVs) and renewable energy storage systems has significantly amplified the need for battery-grade lithium carbonate, driving advancements in refining technologies to meet the growing industry requirements.
